Crowning
All Contestants must have Number on for each event. Beauty music will be supplied by us, all other events Music will be supplied by contestant and must be prompt on phone and handed to DJ. Please remember when making music to turn up the volume.

Head Shot-We are looking for clear Natural photo, quality appearance color, no fading, and must look like contestant.

MEGA Mega OPTIONAL- $ 25 ENTRY includes Mega Mega and all Optional Megas. One Baby Mega Mega 0-3 One Mega Mega 4-19, (one 20 &up. With 5 or more entries) Top overall Supreme Package scores for the whole pageant who are entered in this Mega Mega event will receive a Castle Crown, Castle Trophy, Mega Sash, and Beautiful Royal Cape with CASH PRIZE !

All photos must have name and age on back of photos or will not be judged. All photos must be handed in no later than 8am, no exceptions.

Titles
The “Bumping System”
For all that are not familiar with the “Bumping System,” it is a system used to pull the supreme winners from winning the other titles.
Below is the order in which our scoring systems pulls titles. Please pick up your crowning sheet at registration and bring it with you to crowning.
Mega Mega Supremes
Will be the contestant with the highest supreme scores from supreme package scores, out of ALL contestants entered in this extra mega mega event one 0-3 and one 4 & up will receive a Beautiful 10 inch Rhinestone Castle Crown, Large Castle Trophy, Castle Sash, Beautiful Royal Cape and Cash Prize. As a mega winner you will receive an appearance crown to represent Royal Pageants at any events you choose for charity Volunteering . Mega Megas are bumped from all other Optional wins, except for Dolly and Me.
**New Mega Mega Winners may return to compete but are ineligible to win Mega Mega for 1 year, or may return as royalty for special Large gifts .
2 Ultimate Grand Supremes
These winners will be the contestants with the next highest supreme scores out of ALL contestants, this title is included in your supremepackage. They will Receive a Beautiful 8 inch Rhinestone Crown, sash, a Castle Trophy, and Beautiful Royal Cape.
The next titles will be pulled by age divisions and are included in your Supreme Package. During pulling
If there is no contestants in a age Division the next highest score over all the age divisions will fill that title. We reserve the right to change age group to co-inside with enties.

4 Grand Supremes
These Winners will be the contestants with the next highest supreme scores out of the age breakdowns. They will Receive a Beautiful 8 inch Rhinestone Crown, sash and a medium Castle Trophy.
4 Mini Supremes

4 Beauty Supremes
These winners will be the contestants with the next highest supreme scores out of the division . They will Receive a Beautiful 8 inch Rhinestone Crown, sash and a small Castle Trophy.
4 Division Queens
Contestant with the next highest score out of the age Division.If there are no contestants in a division the next highest score will fill that spot.Will receive a Beautiful 8 inch Rhinestone Crown, sash and a Small Castle Trophy
4 Division Beauty

****Music****
Beauty music will be provided for every contestant. Contestants cannot choose their beauty music. Contestant’s MUST provide their own music for any other onstage event. Please have your music pulled up on a device that can be plugged into an aux cord. Provide your music to the emcee/DJ during line up. Make sure your music is pre downloaded to your device and put your device on airplane mode to avoid calls or text during your time. Also remove any cases that may interfere with plugging in. 1.5 limit. Music will be cut off at time limit regardless of if you are finished so we can stay on schedule as we have a lot to fit into one day. We will not use utube for music requests. PLEASE after you are done and you get your phone back from the Dj remember to turn off your blue tube so the next person can go.
All Titles are finial. When you Receive your Sash That is your title. Please be sure at registration to pick up your crowning paper with all the titles listed and bring it to crowning
